Poster boards’ dimensions (including frames) will be 100 cm in width and 200 cm in height. To keep good legibility of the poster, we recommend a maximum size of 95 cm (37.4 inches) in width and 100 cm (39.4 inches) in length. Pins for fastening the posters will be available in the Poster Area.
Posters will be presented within designated poster areas on the first floor of Building 1. Due to the enormous number of posters accepted it is necessary to organise posters according to the sessions taking place on the relevant day. The poster presenters will be obliged to display their poster on the designated stand prior to the beginning of their session (8:30 at latest). The official helpers will be available to assist you with displaying your poster. You can collect your poster on the same day after 18:30 or you can do so from the Cloakroom until 19:00 on Saturday. The authors should be by their posters to present them and be available for questions during lunchtime (from 13:00 to 14:00).
As the time for the daily display of posters is limited, the Scientific Committee has introduced the spatial division into the poster areas according to the affiliation to individual sessions. Therefore you can easily find the location of the posters related to the session in which you are interested simply by checking the poster area number in the scientific programme and on the Poster areas plan.
The last digit in a poster number means the poster area number (e.g. F07.05-P-1 = Poster Area 1).
